Terms of Service
& Refund Policy
All Coach Curator LLC paying clients acknowledge the common understanding to of the following terms and conditions that govern the service terms and refund policy between the 'client'(anyone who pays Coach Curator LLC for services), and the ‘coach’, (Jessica Fahnestock/Jessica Mejia-Fahnestock).
Whereas, the Coach offers coaching services in the field of: Business Entrepreneurship, Personal Development, Health & Wellness, Web Design, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Brand Consulting, Marketing Consulting, Product Consulting, Online Courses, Photography, Photo Editing, and/or All Copyright Reading Material and the Client desires to retain the services of the Coach with regard to Business Entrepreneurship, Personal Development, Health & Wellness, Web Design, Graphic Design, Copywriting, Brand Consulting, Marketing Consulting, Product Consulting, Online Courses, Photography, Photo Editing, and/or All Copyright Reading Material according to the terms and conditions herein.
Now, In consideration, the service terms and refund policy stand upon first payment from the Client to the Coach (individually, each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”) agree as follows:

1. TERM
​
This acknowledges that any services provided by the Coach shall begin upon the first payment of any client and continue no longer than approximately 3 months from that date, unless agreed upon otherwise. Any further work is available, but must require a separate and new agreement.

All Full Package Brand Legacy clients are eligible to receive 1- 60 minute online meeting per month for 12 consecutive months following the Clients 3 month mark. This meeting can be with any team member of Coach Curator LLC and is not limited to the Coach. The Client is responsible for scheduling and confirming each of the 12 meetings 30 days in advanced, prior to the expected meeting time.

2. COACH CURATOR LLC SERVICES
​
The Coach agrees that they will provide expertise to the Client for all things pertaining to Business Entrepreneurship, Personal Branding, & Personal Development to the best extent of their knowledge.
SERVICES RENDERED, REFUND POLICY, & REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS LISTED BELOW:

Full branding of a business, online presence included, takes no less than 3 months. Allowing ample time for edits, busy schedules, mishaps, and extenuating life circumstances. This is negotiable if the client specifies needs and dates that can happen in a realistic amount of time.

During this time Jessica will be in touch with clients in a variety of different ways, including but not limited to invoices, email, messenger platforms such as text messages, and email.

Client acknowledges response time from Coach Monday - Fridays after 8am and before 5pm CST, excluding holidays and weekends.

If scheduled, You can expect a minimum of 1 consult call during this process per week.
​

If you desire a previously custom designed element to be edited or adjusted, then you acknowledge this adds time to the original process.

If consults or meetings are cancelled, missed, or mis-communicated for ANY reason; including but NOT limited to confusion in timezones, typo's in messaging, or extenuating circumstances for either party; this does not qualify for a refund, as the no-refund policy stands after the first payment is accepted. The Coach is always willing to negotiate time frames and rescheduling.

Once time is spent creating any digital products and services, they will be considered rendered upon the Coach emailing all access links to the client, applying them to the client's website, social media, and/or other digital platform. If the client refuses to open an email, or deletes an element/graphic it does not qualify for a refund, and does not mean services were not rendered.

If the client denies prior approved graphics, web design, web pages, and/or any other work that has been rendered, the no-refund policy still stands.

Upon request, all messages with confirmations, including but not limited to screen shots of communication, emails, texts, of work or communications will be rendered to clients or banks to verify services rendered. All messaging, Recordings, agreements, and links to digital branding are subject as proof or evidence as services rendered.

All services are officially rendered when all services are completed, provided the client has been available to approve certain items. All items will be considered completed anyway, if the client does not approve certain items within 48hrs of Coach requesting final edits. When branding is complete the client gets access to ALL branded content at once, with all created links and log-ins, as well as passwords for any and all multiple platforms accessed, and simple instructions to guide their new online presence. No items will be rendered before this to keep the quality and integrity of the product from being tampered with.

If items rendered are tampered with, the client releases the Coach from quality of the work done.

If advanced web design and customizations are requested the client acknowledges that doing new things have an undisclosed time frame, and could extend or delay the clients expected deadlines.

The client understands that the Coach is capable and knowledgable in graphic design and marketing. If the client makes requests against the Coaches advice, the client accepts the consequences including but not limited to; delays, extensions for editing mistakes, the Coach reserving the right to refuse making multiple edits to the clients unadvised work.

If specific requests for access are made to the Client by the Coach in any form, and these requests are not answered or provided, and this creates delays in publishing any services, the Client acknowledges that services are still considered rendered, and they must publish and/or connect any digital integrations that remain independent of the Coach.​

3. COMPENSATION
​
a) The Coach will invoice the Client upon request of services and such invoices shall be due and payable upon the Client’s receipt of the invoice.
​
b) If the client has agreed, in any written capacity to submit payments, then any work agreed upon shall be dispersed evenly overtime by the Coach until the full payment is received. If an agreed upon reoccurring payment and/or installment is not made, all work, calls, coaching, and/or consultations will cease immediately until the Client completes the next payment due.​
​
c) The Coach reserves the right to accept payments or full amounts from any potential clients
​
4. CONFIDENTIALITY
​
a) The Coach will not disclose to any third party any details regarding the Client’s business, including, without limitation any information regarding any of the Client’s customer information, business plans, product details, and/or price points.
b) The Coach will not disclose to any third party any details regarding the Client’s personal affairs, including, without limitation any information regarding any of the Client’s personal, financial, or other sensitive information.

5. NO MODIFICATION UNLESS AGREED UPON IN WRITING
​
No modification of these terms shall be valid unless provided in writing, agreed upon, signed, and dated by both Parties.
All services provided by, associated with, affiliated with Coach Curator LLC and/or Jessica Mejia-Fahnestock have a no refund and a no-return policy, all sales are final. All clients accept that the Coach will always ensure services in good faith and reasonable time.
